At The Vault School of Yoga, our trainings are designed to do more than certify yoga teachers — they shape embodied leaders, healers, and community builders. Rooted in Jamie Lange’s rare intersection of psychotherapy, trauma specialization, and over 15 years of yoga teaching, our programs weave together classical yoga, mental health literacy, and spiritual psychology.
We begin with our Signature 200-hour Integrative Healing YTT, the cornerstone of our school. From there, students can step into specialized Girls on the Mat pathways, becoming part of a movement dedicated to protecting and empowering the future of girlhood.
Whether you are seeking the depth of a full YTT, the dual path of RYT-200 + GOTM certification, or a focused track as a GOTM Facilitator or Assistant, each pathway is built on the same foundation: integrity, trauma-informed care, and the belief that yoga changes lives from the inside out
The Vault’s signature 200-hour YTT blends classical yoga with mental-health literacy, trauma-informed practice, and spiritual psychology—created and led by Jamie Lange, LCPC, E-RYT 500. Designed for teachers and healers who want depth, rigor, and integrity.
Aspiring yoga teachers and multidisciplinary healers (therapists, educators, coaches) seeking a Yoga Alliance–approved training rooted in real-world care.
